Muscle and Joint Pain Relief

This effective treatment is great for recent or old injuries that show up as nerve pain, and restricted movement which could be causing all of sorts of pain from head to toe. Our clients seek assistance to improve basic functions like putting on a jacket/bra, tying shoes, and even getting up from the floor.

Bodywork like this is part of a preventative plan during athletic training, or for getting rid of pain in the neck, shoulders, wrists, low back, knees, feet and hands.  A lot can be achieved and your body can heal itself when it is structurally aligned so that your nerves and tissue can function at their best and pain can really drain your energy. Migraines, Headaches and TMJ symptoms

With the use of techniques like Craniosacral, breath-work and Myofascial therapy, the main areas of focus; the face, head, neck, and upper body are relaxed and pain and pressure are massaged away.
