Session Policies

  • Client’s may  schedule  online up to 2 hours in advance for same day appointments
  • New clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork, use bathroom, begin relaxation process
  • New clients may print out intake form and complete prior to appointment
  • Returning clients must arrive with enough time to use restroom and begin relaxation process
  • No-shows, cancellations or re-scheduled sessions without a minimum of 12 hours’ notice will result in full charge. 
  • Multi-session program or package holders will forfeit sessions based on cancellation and no-show policy
  • Cancellation and no-show policy applies to gift card holders and session will be forfeited without 12 hour courtesy notice
  • Due to the limited  space,  same day semi-private class no-shows, or cancellations will result in forfeit of  class from package
  • Please know we understand emergencies do happen and we will take each case in consideration.
  • Payment is due in full at time of appointment
  • We accept payment in the form of CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, VENMO, PAYPAL
